Lineage Roofing LLC holds a valid Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license (CCC1335677) issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) in accordance with Florida Statute § 489. All roofing work is performed in compliance with applicable Florida Building Codes and local county requirements.

8. Workmanship Warranty & No Guarantee of Results

Any workmanship warranty provided by Lineage Roofing LLC is set forth exclusively in your signed project contract. Nothing on this website constitutes a warranty of any kind. Manufacturer material warranties are separate and governed by the respective manufacturer’s terms.

While we stand behind the quality of our work, outcomes may vary based on factors including property conditions, existing structural issues, weather events after installation, and material availability. Testimonials and project photos on this Site represent past results and are not guarantees of identical future outcomes.

9. Project Photography & Media

Lineage Roofing LLC may photograph or record completed roofing projects for use in marketing materials, including but not limited to our website, social media, print materials, and advertising. By entering into a service agreement with us, you grant Lineage Roofing LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs and media of your property’s exterior (including roof work) for these purposes.

We will not include your name, address, or other personally identifying information in any published media without your express written consent. If you prefer that your property not be photographed for marketing purposes, please notify us in writing prior to the start of your project.
